I was surprised by the shipping cost. The item itself seemed fine and the price looked reasonable at first, but once I got to checkout, the shipping fee made the total feel way too high. I know shipping isn’t free for companies and there are packaging and delivery costs involved, but in this case it just felt a bit excessive compared to what I was buying. It kind of made me second-guess the whole order

I ordered from Red Raider Outfitter and, the delivery was really frustrating. The tracking barely changed the whole time, and the package ended up arriving much later than I thought it would. I kept having to check on it myself because there really wasn’t much communication.
The item itself might be totally fine, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date. The shipping just felt too unreliable in my experience.

I really wanted to like this place, and at first I was kind of excited to look around. But quickly, I felt a little unwelcome. The staff came across as cold, and when I asked a couple of questions, it felt like I was bothering them. I get that everyone has off days, so part of me wants to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. I left feeling disappointed, and I’m not exactly rushing to order from them again.

"Getting help took forever"
I don’t remember every little detail of what was wrong with my order, but I definitely remember how hard it was to get help. I messaged customer service and waited way longer than I expected for a response. When they finally got back to me, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I had to send another message and wait all over again. Mistakes happen, and I get that, but the slow back-and-forth was really frustrating. It makes me hesitant to order again.

"Sizing was way, way off for me"
I ordered a hoodie and a shirt, and both were smaller than I expected. Like, smaller smaller, not just a little snug. The material felt okay, nothing amazing but totally fine. I ended up having to return them, which was annoying because I actually checked the size chart before ordering

I still remember opening the door and seeing the box sitting there all crushed up, and my heart kind of sank before I even brought it inside. There was barely any padding, so everything looked like it had been bouncing around the whole way. For the price I paid, I really expected it to be packed with a lot more care

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, they did get it sorted in the end. But something felt off with how long it took. I had to follow up a couple of times, which got frustrating. The customer service people were polite, just really slow to respond. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not as smooth as I expected

"Price didn’t really match what I got"
I ordered from Red Raider Outfitter, i was expecting a little more for the price. The item itself was fine, not bad at all, but compared to what other people seem to be getting for less from similar shops, it just didn’t feel like anything special.

After checking around, I found a bunch of similar options that were cheaper and looked just as good. I’m sure some people won’t mind paying extra, but for me, the value just wasn’t really there.

I’m still waiting on my exchange, and it’s been really frustrating. Nobody seems to give me a clear answer, then I get told to check something else, and then I’m back to waiting again. I just wanted to swap the item, not deal with all this back-and-forth. It feels like there’s no real help, or at least no one explaining what’s actually going on

I was hoping to find some different Texas Tech gear, but it was basically the same few items over and over. I spent way too long looking around and waiting to see if there was anything else, but nothing really stood out. Frustrating if you’re trying to find something new.
